Booking & cancellation policy for
La Vieille Ferme
We’re delighted to welcome you to La Vieille Ferme ! Please read the following terms before requesting a booking.
Cancellations and refunds
We understand plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 4 months before check-in: Full refund.

At least 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.

At least 8 weeks before check-in: 30% refund.

5 weeks or less before check-in: No refund.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. Bank transfer charges and non-refundable booking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
Force majeure
La Vieille Ferme is not liable for cancellations or modifications resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, war, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at the owner’s discretion.
Check-in and guest requirement
At check-in, guests may be asked to provide:

A valid government-issued photo ID

A credit or debit card, cash deposit, or cheque for incidental charges
Special requests
We are happy to accommodate special requests where possible (e.g. early check-in, travel cots, late arrival). These are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Maximum occupancy: 12 people (children above 3 included)

Children welcome – but must be supervised at all times, especially near water
Events & group bookings
Events, parties, or group gatherings are not permitted unless organised and agreed with the host in advance. Unauthorised events may result in termination of the stay without refund and potential legal liability for damages or disturbances caused.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents, or surrounding grounds during their stay. Charges may apply for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning.
La Vieille Ferme is not liable for accidents, theft, or loss of personal belongings. We recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during booking (such as your name, contact details, and payment method) will only be used to manage your reservation and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
Acceptance of terms
By requesting a booking at La Vieille Ferme—including by email—you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the full terms and conditions outlined on this page, including the cancellation policy, check-in requirements, property rules, and liability terms.
A booking is only considered confirmed once written acceptance is received from the host via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking request at our discretion.
